Mental Health in Motion is coming! 
Get your mental health in motion - a week to be well
At Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care we help people struggling with mental health and addiction issues across the region, but we do not do this alone. It takes a strong community full of compassionate, caring people to end stigma and support individuals facing mental health challenges. 

Especially during these challenging times, together we are stronger. During Mental Health week, May 3rd - 9th, we are hosting “Get Your Mental Health in Motion – a week to be well."

This annual fundraising event was moved to May - a time when the weather is warming up and we start to spend more time outdoors. You can take advantage of a week full of family-friendly mindfulness, wellness and physical activities to promote mental health, and complete a virtual 5k by "Choosing your own Adventure" to get your mental health in motion. 

Ask your friends and neighbours for pledges and get moving for mental health. Participate in the activities throughout the week, and choose your own family adventure: walk, run, yoga, kayak, bike,  jump rope.... the possibilities are endless!
