Charting the next five years with a new strategic plan

On Oct. 9th during Mental Illness Awareness Week, Waypoint launched a new five year Strategic Plan.
With input from over 400 people, the plan focuses on three directions – Serve, Discover and Lead, and will guide the hospital to improve experiences and outcomes for patients, families, staff and partners by building trust, leveraging our expertise, working with others, and using the latest technology.
"Every individual at Waypoint should be able to see themselves in the plan," says Carol Lambie, president and CEO. "Every employee, volunteer and physician, we hope they see where they can contribute to the priorities of the hospital."
